2. About the project
Beatmap created the exterior renderings for two house models (Asturia and Toledo) for the Parque Real micro-neighborhood, in the outskirts of the capital, Santiago (Chile).
Before arriving to the final version of the renderings, we worked closely with the client to define the color of the exterior materials. For this we created low resolution renderings with various material options, predefined by the client. Once the client saw the option on the renderings, he was able to make a better decision on the final materials.
