What an implementation includes
- A shared folder structure and simple rules for naming and storing files.
- Company context files, so AI works with your information instead of generic answers.
- AI workspaces configured for the priority workflows.
- A usage guide per workflow, with the steps, the instructions that work and what to always check.
- A presentation and team training with real tasks, recorded for anyone who cannot attend.
- Consulting hours for day-to-day use during the support period.
The exact scope is defined in the proposal. AI tool licenses are contracted and paid directly by the company.

- Paid before booking. The slot is confirmed on payment.
- Invoiced in Chile in UF, at the value on the invoice date.
- If the diagnostic needs more than one hour (several areas or large teams), we quote it by the hour before starting.
Why is the diagnostic paid?
Because it is real work. Every company has different processes, platforms and expectations, and quoting without knowing them would be guessing. You end the session with your problems prioritized and receive a concrete plan, whether or not you hire the implementation.
